Courtney Bailey

Courtney Bailey is the Administrative Officer for the USDA Office of Congressional Relations where she manages budgetary, administrative, and human resource functions in support of the OCR staff.

Courtney joined USDA in 2022 as an Executive Assistant to the Director of the Management Services Division under FPAC. She has also served as a Management Analyst to the Agricultural Foreign Investment Disclosure Act under EPAD.

Courtney has over 15 years of experience in administrative management across various government agencies as a public servant. She is a Washington, DC native and holds an Associates of Arts, General Studies from American Military University. Courtney is also a veteran with the United States Army.
